Sleep to the sound of the river. Four private units, each with its own terrace and its own way of being close to the water — two geodesic domes with plunge pools, a garden bungalow with a seasonal terrace, and a treehouse up in the canopy. Every unit comes with bedding for two, and welcomes extra guests at $10 per person per day. Rates change with the day — midweek, Friday & Sunday, Saturday — and every unit can be booked for an overnight stay or a half day. Pick your unit below to see photos, what's included, and to reserve.
November by the river
- •Through November the river runs louder than it does all summer, the paths are quiet, and the nights are cold enough to want a fire.
- •Treehouse from $90 a night. Bungalow from $80. Domes from $70.
- •Up to $35 less a night than our usual rates. Weekends are Friday to Sunday.
- •Rates return to normal on 1 December.

Your own food, or delivery
- •The restaurant is closed for the season, so bring whatever you like to eat and drink — the kitchen rule is lifted for the winter.
- •Delivery reaches us: order to River Zen and reception will point the driver in.
- •Breakfast is still served on the property for guests staying with us.
- •There is a fridge in the unit to keep things cold. The tepee and yurt have the BBQ area and grill.
